Quebec Shipments/orders - Bill 96

Do to the recent passing of Quebec's Bill 96, which requires all sales, marketing, and support services to be available in French, we can no longer ship any of our products to the Province of Quebec. Given our corporate size, we simply cannot comply with the requirements of Bill 96 and so the decision was made to suspend any shipments/orders to the Province of Quebec.
